The Support that we provide to our Home-Based Agents is unlimited. Remember…We’re Partners! When you make money… We make money! 

You can book your first trip…and start earning commissions… on the day you sign up as an Agent…with the help of your LEAD AGENT. 

We will assign you a LEAD AGENT, who is one of our in-house Master Agents. His/Her job is to provide you with the assistance you need… when you need it… to book travel for yourself or your clientele. Your LEAD AGENT is there to direct you on booking travel… not to book it for you! You have an obligation to pursue training while enjoying the assistance of your LEAD AGENT.

Ø Your Only Initial Cost to Get Started as an Affiliate Agent is the Setup of Your Travel Website - $199

…plus a monthly fee of $29 for your website *maintenance.

*Website Maintenance consists of the monthly… and sometimes daily… changes in “travel specials and packages” that will appear on your website of which your clientele can take advantage.

What if you’re experienced in the travel business… and want a bigger commission split?

Ø   We have an option for experienced agents who have a minimum of 12 months as an *active agent.

*An Active Agent is one who has worked as a travel agent during the past 12 months, and who can substantiate a minimum commission income of $5,000.

How long does it take… and how much training do you have to complete in order to graduate from an Affiliate Agent to a Master Agent?

v  The time involved in completing the necessary training depends on:

1.  Your time commitment in taking advantage of the training materials that we provide

2.  Your demonstrated ability to book some travel… utilizing the training that you have completed. We typically like to pay commissions of $5,000 or more to an Affiliate Agent prior to advancing them to a Master Agent status. However…in many cases, we will make the advancement prior to that level of sales performance… based on the individual Agent’s ability to substantiate their knowledge of the necessary fundamentals.

Your personal and family’s travel, which is commissioned at 70%, is included in the cumulate commissions paid.

We have advanced Affiliates… with no prior experience… to Master status

within 90 days.

Why does Cruise & Travel Masters offer lower commission splits than some other travel agencies?

v  Commission splits are a matter of simple mathematics. The highest commission split paid to any of our Agents… including those who enjoy 6-figure incomes… is 70%. The remaining 30% is applied to CTM’s cost-of-operation. The majority of that cost is expended on the “support systems” that we provide to our agents. Those “systems” include:

Ø   Agent training

Ø   Administrative personnel

Ø   Research and generation of special travel packages and promotions

Ø   Lead Agent support teams

Ø   Daily communication, motivation and direction of our Agent network

 

We have operated a successful travel agency for the past 25 years, utilizing our business philosophy and compensation structure.

The average tenure of our Agents is over 10 years. Agents stay with us simply because they earn more income with CTM.

 

Beware of agencies that:

·        Charge for training

They are in the business to earn profits from their training program and not for booked travel

·        Offer commission splits above 80%

It is impossible to provide agents with the necessary support systems for success without sharing in the gross commission income

·        Encourage and offer discounts for payment in-advance of monthly fees

They are relying on agent monthly fees for their profits… instead of booked travel. You will probably not receive the necessary support systems for success.

·        Charge high set-up fees and/or monthly fees

They are in the business to earn profits from the fees paid by agents… instead of booked travel. You will probably not receive the necessary support systems for success.

v    You will receive a 70% commission split on all your personal travel… at either the Affiliate or Master level. When you combine that with the travel “specials and packages” to which you will be exposed, it will amount to very substantial savings.

These trips are made available by various vendors…hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour companies, etc…to expose agents to their products, services and properties. They know that if you like it… you’ll book it… for your clients.

v     You can take advantage of FREE upgrades…when available.

Another method vendors have for motivating you to book their product or service…is upgrading you to a nicer hotel room or suite, a better vehicle, a nicer cruise line cabin… all at no additional cost. These upgrades are only possible when available… and when you negotiate them. We’ll teach you how!

v     You can become a “group escort” if you develop group travel, and… earn huge commissions at the same time.

Learn how to develop “group” and “corporate incentive” travel… and create the opportunity to travel with the group as an “escort”. If the group that you booked is large enough, you and a partner may travel for FREE.
